Order Processing Time:

Please note that orders made during weekends may experience slight delays in processing. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding holidays. Rest assured, we endeavor to minimize any delays in shipment during such periods.

Shipping Location:

Delivery is exclusively available within the contiguous United States, excluding the states of Colorado, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam. We regret to inform you that deliveries to P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses and international destinations are currently unavailable.

Tracking:

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number, which will become active within 24 hours. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for tracking information to be updated. Should you encounter any issues with tracking your package, kindly contact us, and we will promptly address the matter within 48 hours.

Order Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled if the request is made promptly after purchase, provided that the payment is finalized, and the parcel has not been shipped. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. Once the parcel has been shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
