Refund policy

Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the item. Requests made after this period will not be honored.

Please initiate the return process by contacting us via email at support@chloroclean.com.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for using a shipping method that provides tracking information when returning or exchanging items.

Certain items are non-returnable, including on-sale items and gift cards. Additionally, items damaged or lost due to customer negligence are non-refundable.

General Return Process:

  1. Initiate a return: Contact us at support@chloroclean.com with photos and/or videos of the items along with your order number. Our customer service team will assess the eligibility of your return request within 3 business days.

  2. Ship the item back: If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions for shipping the package. Please ensure that you follow these instructions, as items returned without authorization will not be accepted. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking information and requiring a signature upon delivery.

  3. Refund or exchange: Upon receiving your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 3-5 working days. Depending on the circumstances, we will either provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Return Charges:

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect products or product quality issues), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund.
  • If the return is due to the buyer's discretion (e.g., not liking the item or ordering the wrong product/size), the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  • No restocking fee will be charged for returned products.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 2-3 working days.
  • If you have not received the refund within this timeframe, please check your bank account and contact your bank or credit card company. Refunds may take some time to be officially posted.

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled if requested promptly after purchase, provided that payment has been completed and the parcel has not been shipped.
  • Once the parcel has been shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
